Head Chef Ben Williams has Years of experience

Head Chef Ben Williams has years of experience at some of the country’s top restaurants including time at two Michelin starred restaurant, The Square, Reads in Faversham and Abode in Canterbury.

He has received a number of awards, winning the Good Food Guide’s UK Pub Newcomer 2009, National Chef of the Year semi Finalist in 2012 and 2013 and gaining an entry into the Michelin Rouge Guide. Ben’s philosophy with food is simple – take the finest seasonal ingredients, and treat them with care and respect to bring the very best from them. He’s passionate about using locally sourced produce, and committed to seasonal cookery so you can expect to find a regularly changing menu which reflects the time of year at The Yarrow.
